Jehovah's Witnesses

Source

Their own literature, including 'Watchtower' magazine. Also numerous personal encounters (usually on my own doorstep).

Primary Objection

They don't believe that Jesus is God. More specifically, they believe that he's the angel Michael, the protector of Israel (mentioned in Daniel, Jude and Revelation). I believe this to mean that they've received no genuine revelation of God and are therefore, as a group, walking in darkness.

Other Objections

They deny the personality of the Holy Spirit, believing him to be some kind of 'force'.They apparently never hear God speak, and generally have no experience of God - red hot on doctrine, low on reality. I get the impression that the majority of them read Watchtower rather than the Bible. Watchtower contains selected scriptures along with interpretations - much like the bible notes that many Christians use, but these should never be a replacement for the Bible. The scriptures in Watchtower are frequently out of context, but if the Bible is not also read, no-one's going to spot it!

Also, not totally sure about this, but some of them seem to think their salvation is in some way linked to their efforts to spread the Gospel (or their version of it). Contrary to salvation by grace, of course. And finally, they consider all Christian groups to be unsaved.
