Sunday 25th December 06:20

Enough! It is now officially the end of card-writing time. Sorry to anyone who I haven't done one for - but then, I think only Miri got one last year, so I've improved tremendously! Am now stuck in the eternal dilemma of insomniacs everywhere - would the 1 hour's sleep I could potentially grab now make me feel better or even worse? Am opening cards and presents at 7:30 regardless - hey, it's Christmas! When you're no longer getting up early to open your pressies, you're officially old!

So, events of the week: Phil turned up very late on Sunday last week - I was about to give up waiting at church and go home. Sam actually decided to pray that Phil would turn up 'right now', which I personally found hard to have any faith in. And then he did.

So that night we were talking 'til 6 and got very little done the next day (went to see Narnia - it's good, and generally quite faithful to the book). Tuesday we hit the Trafford Centre, where I did most of my shopping and had my first go on one of those dance machines - I'm really bad at them! Am thinking I should get a dance mat for my playstation - I could use the exercise, and it might be fun! Think Bethany may already have one - might ask her about it if I remember (as always - unlikely). Phil went to parentland on Wednesday while I was at work, and will be back next Wednesday.

So I finished work on Friday afternoon, went to see Narnia again with Dave, and Saturday's been pretty busy. Although we did have a pretty relaxed buffet in the evening. Anyway, my holiday effectively starts now! Hurrah! Just wish I didn't feel like death! An hour's sleep, or lots of caffeine? Decisions, decisions...

Merry Christmas!
