So, stuff that happened this week:
I passed my CCIE Written exam. This is like the top-level exam for my career, and comes in two parts: the written exam entitles me to take the practical (Lab) exam - bit like a driving test. Not sure when I'm going to take this, but it's on the cards sooner or later.
I went up Pendle Hill on Good Friday. The only unusual thing about this is that I took Stephie and Katie up with me, with invaluable help from Anne and Dave. I managed to pick the one time when there was extreme rain and fog - nonetheless we all got down safely. I'm hoping they still had a relatively good time.
Finally, Stephie got a mobile phone for Easter - part of an attempt to give her more freedom, I believe. Should hopefully be a good thing.
